Tesco UK • London • Permanent • Apply by 05-May-2026 About the role As a Maintenance Manager, you’ll lead a team of around 14 multi-skilled technicians covering HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Building, and Refrigeration. You’ll work collaboratively with colleagues across Property and our trusted external contractors to deliver safe, efficient, and high-performing maintenance operations. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding standards across the estate, placing community, customer, and planet at the heart of everything you do. This role involves working cross‑functionally to drive performance, productivity, and continuous improvement.
