The Senior RCM Strategist engages with customers at an executive level to understand operational realities, emerging needs, and market dynamics, translating those insights into clear input for product roadmap planning. In parallel, the role owns the development of executive-ready strategy artifacts, including whitepapers, market and competitive analyses, and investment framing that help guide Oracle Health’s long-term RCM strategy. Success in this role requires deep domain expertise in revenue cycle operations, strong strategic judgment, and the ability to connect customer insight, product direction, and business strategy into a cohesive point of view. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Operational Expertise: Minimum 10 years’ leadership experience in revenue cycle management roles (hospital, health system, or large IDN), working across the full spectrum of financial operations. - Operational & Technology Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Oracle Health (Cerner) RCM solutions (RevElate, Patient Accounting, Millennium) or equivalent enterprise RCM platforms. - Product & Roadmap Collaboration: Experience partnering with product or engineering teams to inform roadmap direction, prioritize initiat...
