About the Senior Associate, Health Plan Operations at Headspace Headspace is seeking a proactive, strategic, and execution-oriented Senior Associate to elevate our payer operations and strengthen how we partner with health plans. This role functions at the intersection of revenue cycle performance, payer contract implementation, and strategic payer program delivery. You will serve as a strategic partner to RCM leadership by delivering performance insights, supporting process improvements, and driving execution across payer partnership initiatives. You will also contribute to ongoing payer contracting activities, support client-specific network implementations, and act as the program manager for key payer partnership programs. Success in this role requires strong analytical judgment, project management excellence, clear cross-functional communication, and the ability to translate strategy into high-impact execution.
