Description POSITION SUMMARY: Encourage and foster independence in life skills and provide personal care assistance as needed. Provide therapeutic life enriching activities, interactions, and social support for older adults or young adults with development disabilities. Full Time: Monday- Friday 9:00am-5:50pm: $17.50/hr PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following represents the majority of the duties but is not meant to be all inclusive nor prevent other duties from being assigned, when necessary. - Provide individualized personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (i.e., feeding, transfers and ambulation, showering, toileting, hand washing, etc.). - Engage participants in structured activities, adjusting the activity according to interest and ability. Follow the daily schedule of activities.
