You’ll also be managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), all while developing your benefits expertise that will allow you to make recommendations on plan design and strategy to our clients. Responsibilities: - Responsible for supporting the management and development of a portfolio of local and international clients and prospects; - Deliver high levels of client service in line with standard operating procedures; - Specialize in the health insurance market (for individuals and SME); - Technical knowledge of life and disability, accident and health insurance products; - Check policies, technical calculations, market presentations and client documentation.
