As a member of the IT Security team, this strategic role will lead the evolution of our identity solutions across the enterprise—covering both workforce IAM (employees and contractors) and customer IAM (members, employers, providers, and producers). The IAM Architect will focus on creating modern, high-trust identity experiences that are seamless and secure, leveraging technologies like adaptive MFA and passwordless authentication. We're looking for someone with 8+ years in IAM, deep expertise in modern identity standards including SAML, WebAuthn, and OIDC, experience with enterprise identity platforms, privileged access management, and a proven ability to balance robust security with exceptional user experience.
