Job DetailsJob Location: Goldthwaite, TX 76844JOB TITLE: Licensed Clinical Social Worker DEPARTMENT: Rural Health Clinic REPORTS TO: Clinic Manager JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the Department’s Behavioral Health Counseling Services. This individual will also take part in the RHC provider collaboration to provide needed services to our population. OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Class I. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: A. Provide individual therapy/ counseling services as scheduled. B. Assure all tasks performed are within span of control and scope of clinical license and in compliance with related State and Federal guidelines, rules and regulations. C. Ensure patient dignity and respect patient values. Operate within ethical standards. D. Assess and reassess with the treatment team the patient’s treatment needs. E. Develop, monitor, and evaluate the patient’s treatment plans and progress. F. Participate in the referral development process. G.
