Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer to join our team in Kenwick, WA. In this role, you will oversee and manage all compliance and risk management activities across our Perth Landside Logistics operations. You will ensure transport operations comply with legal, safety, and internal policy requirements while identifying and addressing any compliance gaps. The role plays a key part in supporting operational excellence by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. This is a permanent full-time position, working onsite Monday to Friday on the day shift. Key Responsibilities: Ensure fleet and transport operations comply with transport laws, NHVR/HVNL regulations, and Chain of Responsibility obligations Manage vehicle accreditations, permits, maintenance schedules, licences, and compliance documentation Investigate and resolve compliance breaches, incidents, and non-conformance issues.
