Plant Operator - 2nd Shift Fine Grind

Build your career at US Aggregates! The Fine Grind Operator role will have the responsibility of maintaining production, maintenance, quality, and safety within the Aggregates' Operations function. This position is a part of our Fine Grind facility. This position is 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM. Please note that hours may vary based on business needs. Essential Functions: - Working in a safe manner which includes wearing required PPE; following all of MSHA and MCC safety policies and reporting any safety issues - Keeping work area clean, safe and free of hazardous situations - Prepare materials for filling bags, trucks, and/or railcars - Verifying that final product is not contaminated and free of foreign particles. Reporting any such deficiency or observations to management and QA department is required - Communicating and assisting customers and/or haulers to ascertain that their needs are being met - Conducting daily documented inspection of equipment, confirming that it meets MSHA regulations - Following MSHA's and the company's procedures and best practices - Daily equipment needs and maintenance; Scheduling and communicating with the mechanics so...
