Overview The Key Account Manager is responsible for the retention, strategic development, and profitable growth of a nationally significant customer whose business spans multiple U.S. branches and interfaces with Yusen Logistics’ global network. This role serves as the primary owner of the customer relationship within the United States, leading the development and execution of a comprehensive Account Development Plan (ADP) while ensuring consistent strategy, execution, and customer experience across all participating branches. Responsibilities: Account Strategy and Development Plan (ADP): - Develop, own, and execute the national Account Development Plan (ADP), including relationship matrix, prioritized opportunities, investment requirements, and P&L projections aligned with budget. - Ensure U.S. account strategy aligns with broader global account objectives, where applicable, collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to support integrated solutions. - Identify, qualify, develop, win, and onboard new business opportunities in line with the ADP and the customer’s short- and long-term supply chain strategy.
