Position Summary The Flooring Installer is responsible for the accurate and efficient preparation and installation of flooring and wall surface materials in commercial and residential settings. This role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. The Flooring Installer must deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous presence on every job site. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare flooring surfaces by inspecting conditions, ensuring proper leveling, and arranging of materials for correct fit, color, pattern, and design. - Apply appropriate underlayment, adhesives, and installation materials (including padding, thinset, moisture barriers, and other sundries) in accordance with product specifications and manufacturer guidelines. - Install flooring materials according to customer requirements, vendor and industry standards, and work orde...
