Your role As our Performance Marketing Manager for TikTok , you will build our TikTok presence from the ground up and lead our new customer acquisition efforts on the world’s fastest-growing entertainment platform. You will take full ownership of the day-to-day management and optimization of our international TikTok strategy and budget, working in close partnership with the Head of Performance & Growth. - Execute and optimize the full-funnel TikTok strategy, with a primary focus on driving new customer acquisition at an efficient CPA - Manage and deploy a sizable TikTok budget across multiple markets, making data-driven decisions to scale spend effectively and hit ambitious growth targets - Manage a complex account architecture, mastering a structure of campaign types like Spark Ads, In-Feed Ads, and Shopping Ads, as well as leveraging features like TikTok Shop and specialized bidding strategies - Own a rigorous, high-velocity testing framework for video creatives and actively analyze performance focusing on native "TikTok-first" elements such as hooks, trending sounds, transitions, and CTAs, using TikTok’s "Creative Center" insights as a guide for excellence - Act as the single po...
