Account Supervisor

We are working with a full-service, proudly independent, strategic and award winning creative agency based in Toronto. They are looking for for a bilingual Account Supervisor with strong CRM experience to join their Account Management team and support them on multiple clients. This role will report into the Group Strategy Director. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day client and project management of key agency deliverables. They are looking for someone who is comfortable leading full cycle advertising initiatives from briefing through to production, managing client and internal teams through the work flow. Qualifications: - 1 - 3 years experience in account management and/or project management - Successful track record of delivering marketing/advertising work across a variety of: TV, Digital, Social, OOH, Radio, Experiential, CRM - Strong hands-on CRM experience is a must, with a clear understanding of how CRM programs are developed, executed, and optimized - Ability to lead internal agency cross functional teams, timelines, deliverables and budgets - Understanding of project management frameworks and tools - Previous experience managing agency production...
