Job Description: Your responsibilities: - Provide ongoing support and resolve SAP FI/CO issues - Implement and configure SAP FI/CO modules for clients. - Advise on financial accounting and controlling processes. - Perform system testing and support users. - Resolve tickets related to SAP FI/CO issues, analyzing and providing on-time solutions. - Act as a point of contact for customers, clarifying issues and delivering effective solutions. - Work with SLAs to ensure timely and efficient problem resolution.
