POSITION SUMMARY: - This role assists sales representatives by providing technical support to help sell company products. Serves as a conduit between the field and the other applicable internal departments. This support includes providing technical information on company products and the application of these products, assistance with custom product features and pricing, ancillary product selection and pricing, and quotation of 3rd party equipment related to company products. Mentor and train entry level engineers. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assists in developing clear, concise, and technically sound tailored solutions for customer review and acceptance based on customer requirements and/or request for proposals (RFPs), ensuring proper scope and required technical specifications are met. - Applies a quote configurator tool to provide comprehensive quote support. - Review of custom equipment orders and provides technical instruction throughout the order workflow. - Provides applications sales support including formal presentations to sales representatives and end users during factory visits and customer events, as requested. - May assist with post sale technical support. - Providing product...
