This role is accountable for leading by example—maintaining and growing a personal book of business—while coaching and inspiring producers to achieve aggressive growth goals. The Office Leader is deeply engaged in the local community, builds strong carrier and client relationships, and ensures seamless day-to-day execution of business priorities. This is not an administrative role; it is a front-line leadership position focused on market growth and team success.
