Talent Acquisition Partner [Fixed Term]

Job description

Avalanche Studios Group are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People team on a temporary basis. You will partner up with managers across our organization to understand their hiring needs and team dynamics to build and scale our teams so we can support our projects in the best way possible. You will play a role in improving our TA processes and ways of working, collaborate with stakeholders and peers and contribute to our employer brand. What you'll do: - Own full-cycle recruitment processes across the entire organization. - Collaborate with our People Partners and stakeholders to identify short and long-term hiring needs - Managing communication with candidates and ensuring a strong candidate experience at all times - Source directly and work proactively to build diverse, and long term, candidate pipelines - Collaborate and share knowledge and practices with the Talent Acquisition and HR team - Stay close to gaming industry trends in recruiting, compensation, and market dynamics to sharpen our hiring strategy Who you are: Note: Research shows under-represented groups in the industry might not apply to a job if they don’t check off every requirement.
