Job Description: Manage intake, scope development, quoting, and communication throughout the repair lifecycle. Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent updates and post-repair follow-up. Develop accurate estimates and quotes based on machine history, warranty status, service letters, and customer requirements. Create detailed work breakdown structures, define tasks and resource needs, and manage timelines and deliverables.
