Based at our Springfield campus, these roles will be part of a landmark moment in Queensland healthcare at Mater Hospital Springfield — opening early 2026. This state-of-the-art facility will meet the needs of the growing Greater Springfield region. With a mix of public and private beds across ICU, maternity, emergency and medical, surgical services, it’s set to care for over 200,000 patients annually. As a Clinical Nurse at Mater Health Services, you will deliver comprehensive clinical care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of each patient in a safe, effective, and patient-centred way. In this clinical leadership role, you will support and lead the delivery of high-quality care, using your advanced clinical skills and knowledge to coordinate care, collaborate with the nursing and interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively to achieve outstanding patient outcomes.
