Brown & Brown is seeking an RFP Specialist to join our growing team! The RFP Specialist leads the end‑to‑end strategy, development, and governance of complex, high‑volume broker and consultant requests for proposals, translating buyer priorities, competitive intelligence, and organizational capabilities into compelling, customer‑focused responses. This role serves as the central coordinator across subject matter specialists, platform success, marketing, legal, risk management, and other key stakeholders to ensure proposals are strategically aligned, compliant, differentiated, and delivered with operational excellence. By managing timelines, synthesizing inputs, and maintaining proposal quality, the RFP Specialist plays a critical role in driving win rates, revenue growth, and consistent client‑focused messaging.
