Position Overview: The Claims Division is seeking a team member to join the Claims Operations Team as a Data Quality Analyst. In this role the responsibilities include, but not limited to, examining complex data to ensure data integrity and accuracy. Primary Responsibilities: Ability to self-start and work independently - Analyze, query, and manage claims corrections according to defined business rules and procedures - Research and determine scope and complexity of issue then identify steps to resolve all internal data exceptions within various systems in timely and accurate manner - Determine root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutions - Determine business impact level for data quality issues - Collaborate and maintain cross-functional working relationships with team members of multiple business units; Claims Third-party Administrators (TPA), Progra...
