Description The University of Michigan - Flint's School of Nursing is accepting applications for the position of Associate Dean for Graduate Nursing Programs. This position will provide strategic, academic, and operational leadership for the School of Nursing’s graduate portfolio, serving 350+ students across six specialty tracks. The Associate Dean provides leadership for the team of faculty and staff serving graduate students, ensures educational quality and regulatory compliance, advances student success, and guides continuous innovation, to include the School’s ongoing implementation of the AACN (2021) Essentials and transition toward competency-based education (CBE). The role includes a commitment to service and engagement, including participation in broader University initiatives/shared governance, engagement in donor and alumni activities, and representation of the School of Nursing in community and/or professional organizations.
