Description The Business Development Representative is an essential member of the WEI team. As a member of the Business Development team, the BD Representative will work closely with active referring doctors by nurturing existing relationships and serving as a liaison to assure an easy and efficient referral process, while addressing questions or concerns. In addition to providing excellent and expedient service to the Woolfson Eye Referring Doctor Network, this role is responsible for seeking out new referral sources, while tracking and increasing referrals in their respective territory. This employee will work alongside the business development team to foster and grow lasting, quality relationships with our partnering physicians and optometrists. This role will also work closely with clinical staff and call center teams to boost overall consult and surgery volume.
