Job Description Summary We are looking for a Laboratory Operations & Safety Manager to work in our Tampere based engineering Center of Excellence for FACTS (STATCOM & SVC) solutions. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and well-coordinated operation of the laboratory used for testing protection and control panels for FACTS control systems. The role has overall responsibility for laboratory scheduling, laboratory safety, access and competence control, equipment management, and measurement device governance. The Laboratory Manager ensures that laboratory resources, facilities, responsibilities, and safety conditions are in place for successful execution of testing across multiple projects.
