Perks for you include: The Department Leader of CNC Mill Lathe or Drill Press is responsible for working with supervisors to determine work procedure, prepare work schedule, and expedite workflow within the department. This position will train and mentor new employees, make recommendations for process improvements, and fulfill the workload of a level III operator.
