Description The Four Points by Sheraton Suites Tampa Airport Westshore, managed by StepStone Hospitality is a growing hotel management company focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and leadership development across its portfolio. The General Manager (GM) is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and financial performance of the hotel. This role ensures operational excellence across all departments while driving revenue growth, guest satisfaction, and team engagement. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise, financial acumen, and a passion for hospitality excellence.
