Lerch Bates is seeking a Consultant to lead and oversee rehabilitation projects from planning through execution. In this role, you will manage multiple projects, provide technical recommendations, and deliver strategic solutions to clients. The Consultant will also mentor, train, and provide technical oversight to specialists, engineers, and team members, serving as a trusted technical liaison and subject-matter expert within the field of practice.
