This role is hands-on, blending leadership, customer service, and light technical work to ensure the store runs smoothly, customers leave satisfied, and associates are set up for success. What You'll Do: - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to meet company goals. - Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, merchandising, and inventory management. - Track and support performance against key metrics (KPIs) to ensure business success. - Deliver exceptional customer service and support technical offerings such as battery testing, installations, and device repair. - Maintain store appearance, safety compliance, and operational standards. - Grow business by driving retail sales and expanding commercial accounts.
