Opportunity to make a difference Join our state-wide Through Care Team with a direct focus on female youth clients who are considered to be of a high-risk of reoffending. **This is a fixed term contract until June 2027** The role: - Deliver intensive and high-quality casework to a discrete number of targeted female youth detainees (both pre and post release); - Work collaboratively with correctional facility staff, specialist advocates and other stakeholders; - Provide specialist referral pathways to youth clients and their families, and in many contexts, their communities; - Report on impact of your case work and network referrals; - Flexible working hours and rewarding social justice work; - Generous salary sacrificing options.
