They oversee projects, various tasks, and supervise the day-to-day performance of cleaning staff to ensure the job is done according to Office Pride Standards. Team Leads act as motivators, supervisors, and mentors. It’s a Team Lead’s duty to guide front line cleaners into understanding and maintaining the values of our growing company. Supervises: Front Line Cleaners, Site Supervisors Basic Function: Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to the client are being fulfilled and that the work is being completed on-time and within budget (labor and chemicals).
