In-Person (Saskatoon & Prince Albert) &/or REMOTE INVIGILATORS/SCRIBES/READERS FALL 2026; WINTER 2027; SPRINGSUMMER 2027: The First Nations University of Canada, is seeking on call qualified Invigilators/Scribes and Readers. Duties and Qualifications: detail. Responsibilities: - Start, conduct and finish exams on time in accordance with the University’s Examination Procedures, and Student Code of Conduct. - Preferred candidates will be enrolled in a post-secondary program. - Superior communication skills (written and verbal); - Excellent Organizational Skills. - Be a self-motivator who can work to achieve results while ensuring attention to - Knowledge of Zoom breakout rooms - Preferred candidates will have a related background. - Ensure that all students submit all required exam materials. - Invigilate quizzes, exams such as mid-terms and final exams. - Respond and provide direction to student through Zoom, emails or telephone (if necessary) relating to assignments and class discussions. - Monitor student conduct during the exam and act upon suspicion of cheating, breaking exam rules or the Student Code of Conduct.
