Their parent organization in Japan has been in existence for over one hundred years, and the Americas Region has been operating for over 50 years. The Americas Region has revenues of approximately $1.6B with 5,000 employees across 18 facilities. We are currently seeking to fill a (Sr.) Corporate Counsel position for our Schaumburg, Illinois office (a suburb of Chicago). This will be a hybrid work environment of 3-4 days per week for the first three to six months, then twice a week thereafter. Competitive salary and excellent benefits. Position Overview: The Sr. Corporate Counsel’s primary responsibilities will be to: - Draft, review, and finalize business-to-business contracts and licenses and assist in resolving customer issues. - Resolve disputes with vendors, suppliers, contractors, subcontractors, and other business partners.
