Talent Development Specialist

Job description

Responsibilities: Consults on and manages new learning and development techniques and programs. Suggests enhancements to existing learning and development programs, ensuring the scope aligns with business priorities. Coordinates timelines, resources, and decisions to successfully deliver program goals. Oversees relationships with vendors to ensure crew participation in outside learning and development programs, and to confirm the return on investment with various vendors and offerings. Defines metrics to measure success of vendor relationships and proactively identifies areas of improvement. Executes on strategic business plans for the learning and development team to support the achievement of corporate objectives and drive outcomes that are aligned with overarching divisional strategic priorities. Tracks progress against key milestones and adjusts plans as needed to maintain momentum and impact. Delivers on the design and development of learning plans, materials, and modules to support the development of all crew at Vanguard.
