Job DetailsLevel: ExperiencedJob Location: Phoenix, AZ 85022Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $30.00 - $40.00 HourlyTravel Percentage: Up to 50% Job Shift: Open Availability Day ShiftJob Category: Skilled Labor - TradesJob Summary The HEO is responsible for safely and efficiently operating, maintaining, running, cleaning, and basic servicing of small tractors, Bobcats, lifts, etc. The HEO must also operate and maintain a variety of heavy equipment, farm implements and vehicles including grapple-loaders, skip loaders, forklift, semi-trucks, and other like equipment as needed to move, load, unload, shift, remove plants from trucks, trailers, boxes, pallets, etc. In this role, the HEO is responsible for running daily start up and shut down protocols, following and maintaining all safety procedures, monitoring gauges, and adjusting settings to prevent equipment strain, observing external exceptions, fuel and fluid levels, and the overall integrity and safe operations on farm and assigned equipment.
