About the Role Centennial are currently recruiting for an experienced General Manager – Health, Safety, & Training to lead and enhance safety and training performance across the business. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving company-wide Safety and Training strategy, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements, and embedding continuous improvement systems across operations. You will place a critical role in shaping Centennial’s safety culture and aligning long-term strategy with business sustainability objectives. The governing objective of this role is to provide strategic direction, governance and oversight to Safety and Training systems, ensuring compliance, performance improvement and alignment with company-wide goals.
