The Wright Center is seeking a Vice President of Grants & Strategic Initiatives to serve as a cornerstone of our growth. In this high-impact, client-facing role, you will be the primary architect for programs funded by federal, state, and private sources. You won’t just be "managing grants"—you will be building relationships, fostering innovation, and ensuring that our vital community initiatives have the financial and administrative fuel they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: Oversee the research of funding streams and lead long-term strategic planning for submissions. You will act as the internal consultant for funding compliance and reporting. - Creative Program Design: Facilitate brainstorming sessions with community partners and TWC stakeholders to turn abstract ideas into actionable, funded initiatives. - Proposal Mastery: Oversee and co-create comprehensive grant proposals (narratives, budgets, and evaluation plans) for submission via grants.gov, eRA Commons, and other platforms. - Operational Transition: Lead the "hand-off" fr...
