Position Title Physician - General Pediatrician KU MedWest: Position Summary / Career Interest: Physician - General Pediatrician The University of Kansas Health System, Division of Pediatrics has a faculty position opening for a General Pediatrician, who will join the team to support the departmental mission of delivering the highest quality of care, as well as satisfying teaching, research, and academic responsibilities at the region's quaternary referral center. The selected individual will be appointed to a Clinical Assistant Professor level within the Department, joining a dedicated team committed to excellence in patient care, education, and research. About the position: - Care for hospitalized patients. Outpatient medical care for patients after discharge and clinic responsibilities - Attend and participate in departmental meetings, seminars, and divisional meetings - Provide educational instruction in a clinical setting - Serve on departmental committees - Serve on KUMC committees Required Qualifications: - MD/DO - Board Eligible (BE)/Board Certified (BC) in Pediatrics - Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice medicine in Kansas Benefits and compensation: - Recent inc...
