General Summary: This position is responsible for implementing and managing the Quality Control (QC) program at a Large Federal Project. The QC Manager ensures that all construction operations, both onsite and offsite, meet quality standards and contract-specific requirements through rigorous inspections, testing, and documentation. This role oversees all aspects of quality management, including compliance with FAR 52.246-12 Inspection of Construction, and serves as the primary liaison for customers and regulatory agencies regarding quality-related matters.
