Facility: Mathile Center for Mental Health and Wellness Department: Mental Crisis Services Schedule: Part time Hours: 12 Job Details: The Mental Health Technician (MHT) III serves as a lead clinical support professional, providing advanced direct care, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support to patients with complex emotional, psychiatric, or behavioral conditions. Operating with a high degree of autonomy under the supervision of licensed clinical staff, the MHT III not only maintains a safe, trauma-informed therapeutic environment but also serves as a milieu leader. This role is critical in modeling advanced behavioral interventions, mentoring staff, coordinating daily shift programming for highly acute individuals, and executing specialized medical and technical support procedures within the crisis center under the delegation of licensed personnel. The MHT III is responsible for delivering and overseeing highly skilled, trauma-informed care to patients and families.
