Director, Product Development — Listed Rates (New York, Hybrid) Help modernize interest rates clearing that institutions rely on every day! We’re looking for a Director of Product Development to shape the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Listed Rates clearing products and services. Experience across OTC Rates is a strong plus. You’ll work across the full product lifecycle—from market discovery and business cases, to venue‑to‑CCP integration, delivery with engineering, operational readiness, and commercial adoption with Sales and Onboarding. You’ll report to the Head of Product Development, SwapClear & Listed Rates . (No direct reports on day one.) What you’ll do: Own the Listed Rates re‑platform through launch: define scope and requirements, maintain acceptance criteria and traceability, coordinate readiness, and guide launch. Set the next‑phase roadmap : expand contract coverage, improve client experience, strengthen risk and margin features, and scale for resilience and performance.
