Buckinghamshire Mind is looking for a Safe Haven Team Lead to supervise and support a small team of Mental Health Crisis Support Workers within our Safe Haven Service: our out-of-hours support service for those experiencing a mental health crisis. - Contract Type: Permanent role - Location: High Wycombe – with occasional travel required to Aylesbury. - Salary: £29,795 FTE plus enhanced hours payment of 30% on top of normal hourly rate for hours worked between 11pm-12am. This calculates as an actual payment of £10,946.91 including the enhanced hours based on the hours below. - Hours: 11hrs – Friday and Saturday 6pm – 12am, and 2 hrs admin time preferably on a Tuesday morning ( 13 total hours ).
