This is a hands-on, operationally critical role. The Vehicle & Lot Coordinator is responsible for maintaining control of high-value vehicle inventory, supporting production flow, and ensuring shipment accuracy. Success in this position requires both physical stamina and strong attention to detail. This role is well-suited for someone who takes pride in staying organized, notices the small things others might miss, and prefers steady, consistent work with clear ownership. The right individual is self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently without constant supervision.
