Title: Temporary - Project Reroute Student Support Assistant POSITION SUMMARY: The Student Support Assistant for Project Reroute supports the program’s mission to empower students impacted by the criminal justice system by advocating for access to higher education and providing support services that promote academic success, holistic development and continued achievement beyond the classroom. This position helps maintain an environment where students receive guidance and mentorship and are encouraged to reach high standards of academic excellence and community engagement. By assisting program operations, outreach efforts and student services, the Student Support Assistant contributes to a framework in which system impacted students can thrive and serve as beacons of hope for those following in their footsteps. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist with contacting students regarding appointment reminders, follow ups and program updates. Provide general information about Project Reroute services and campus resources. Help students access basic forms, technology platforms and support services. Greet visitors and students.
