Our mission is to provide students with the academic skills and self-discipline needed for college and life success through high-quality instruction, intensive academic supports, and hard work. We are a new college preparatory elementary and middle school serving the students of Jackson, MS. Overview: The Director of Operations (DOO) will work closely with the Chief of Staff and the School Leadership Team to achieve operational success at Ambition Prep. The Director of Operations is a member of the organization’s business leadership team, and is responsible for operational quality, strategic quality focused on innovation efficiency, and implementation of best practices. Operational quality is a determinant of the success of Ambition Prep and our students.
