Description Job Description: Receiving & Putaway Specialist Position Summary: The Receiving & Putaway Specialist is responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and efficient flow of inbound products into the distribution center. This role oversees the unloading, verification, and documentation of incoming shipments, and organizes inventory into designated storage locations following company standards. The Specialist works closely with warehouse leads and operations management to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and a clean, safe work environment. Key Responsibilities: - Inbound Receiving - Unload inbound shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment. - Verify incoming products against purchase orders, packing slips, and bills of lading. - Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly. - Accurately document receipt of goods in ERP/WMS systems. - Putaway & Inventory Management - Transport and store received goods in assigned warehouse locations following safety and efficiency protocols. - Ensure product is placed in correct bin locations,...
