JANITOR CS Home: Westside LTC Location: Etobicoke, ON Hourly wage: starting at $22.93 Position: Janitor CS Status: Part-Time Schedule: Day shifts (6:30am-2:30pm) Southbridge Care Homes provides exceptional acquisition, management, and redevelopment services for long-term care homes and retirement communities across Ontario. Reports to: Environmental Service Manager The Janitor provides essential support to the residence by maintaining a clean and sanitary environment, ensuring that residents live in a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained space. Key Responsibilities: - Follow the home’s Preventive Maintenance Program as well as the Demand Maintenance Program - Regularly perform the various tasks described in the programs - Regularly checking completed maintenance logs in each department/home area of the home - Complete repairs as necessary including not limited to: Painting, wall repair, small leak, install (toilet, sink, tiling, doors, replace light fixtures, install blinds) - Check the operation of the mechanical equipment - Insp...
