About the Role: As an Experience Representative, you’ll be the first friendly face our members see when they walk through the door. You’ll support the Y’s mission by building genuine relationships, answering questions, and helping members find the programs and resources that best fit their goals. What You’ll Do: Greet and engage with members, guests, and community visitors in a caring and inclusive way. Provide information about membership options, programs, and services. Handle member check-ins, program and membership inquiries. Support membership growth through outreach, tours, and positive member experiences.
