BARISTA & RETAIL SUPPORT: Department: Coffeehouse / Retail Operations: Reports To: Assistant Manager – Front of House & Coffee Shop FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Type: Part-Time Location: Dallas, Texas Position Summary: The Barista & Retail Support team member plays an important role in creating a warm and welcoming environment that embodies the mission and values of Bonton Farms. This role supports both beverage service and retail operations within the Coffeehouse, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, product quality, and smooth day-to-day operations.
