Job description

Overview Summary/objective The Repairify Technical Advisor will provide direct coaching and mentoring to individuals, primarily in our Monterrey, MX location, learning to perform scans, calibrations, and writing reports. Through the use of MS Teams and other technology, the advisor will directly observe work being performed, offering guidance as needed, to ensure all operations are performed correctly. Typically, the advisor will work with small groups of 1-3 people. The advisor will also be assessing performance through demonstration checklists to indicate when a learner has achieved proficiency.
