Provide independent nursing services under written Nurse Protocols. Assess and evaluate and provide care within scope of practice per FL Nurse Practice Act. Perform laboratory testing, including venipuncture. Prepare specimens for transport to outside laboratory. Record client data per electronic health record and Florida Shots Registry. Provide case management to established clients and make appropriate referrals. Assist in maintenance of clinic supplies.
